- Insure that the house is inspected mechanically, physically, and for insect damage
- Review the title commitment and survey for accuracy
- Coordinate for insurance
- Sit beside you at closing and review/explain your documents
- Guide and help you through the utility hookup process
- Provide information for any other services you might need
- Maintain a record of your purchase for future reference
As your Buyer Agents we do this at no cost to you. Our fees are paid at closing by the seller out of their profits. We are looking forward to working for you.
