Once we have secured a tenant we use a TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) lease. This lease protects both owner and tenant by identifying specific terms and rights as the State of Texas mandates. Each property we manage has its own specific lease that is written to the owners desires. For example, a pet clause can be added. A few of the services we provide are:
- Handling any maintenance requests and processing payments

- Semi-Annual inspections of the interior
