Central banks make a move to stablize system

Central banks of the wealthiest countries are trying to prevent a global panic because of the debt crisis in Europe by making it easier for banks to borrow American dollars.  The stock markets shown their seal of approval, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 490 points yesterday.  Investors may rejoice now but this action doesn’t solve the underlying problem of massive government debt in Europe.  Next week, European leaders will gather to discuss the Euro debt crisis.
