Boil water notices issued for some Killeen residents and business have been lifted, effective immediately. The areas in question are 2200 to 2318 Tracy Ann Lane, 1900 to 2101 Schwald Road and Belt Loop. The reasoning behind the boil water notices were that Killeen crews had to shut off water service to replace water valves in certain areas
