White Wine-Herb Marinade for Pork or Chicken
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon fresh basil or dried
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Meat: chicken or pork from Market Center or HEB store in Killeen

Refrigerate for 2 hoursmarinate_chicken
