Decorating your home on budget

Create decorative accents with the material you already have, such as old colored bottles, chipped terracotta vases stained with acrylic paint, have your old children paintings and drawings framed at your craft store, and so on. Once I’ve seen a drum head used as a night desk in one of my client’s guest room, and it looked fantastic! Use your imagination, not your wallet.
